RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Scooters Malaysia provides a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty and 6 Months Battery Warranty for all Scooters Malaysia products purchased from Scooters Malaysia only. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect in your Scooters Malaysia product from Scooters Malaysia, we will verify the issue and perform a replacement on the parts that are defected by claiming the warranty from Scooters Malaysia headquarters provided the unit is still under the Official Scooters Malaysia warranty duration.

We do provide a one to one replacements on certain Scooters Malaysia products, terms and conditions apply for the one to one replacements.

Refunds in cash do not apply for any products.
